What got you interested in working as a speech therapist?
I have 4 nieces and nephews and all of them are somewhere on the autism spectrum. I became an SLP so I could help as many more kids as possible find their voices!
What do you love most about being a speech therapist?
My favorite thing about being an SLP is seeing my clients do the things other people said they would never do.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Netflixing, hiking, listening to true crime podcasts, and watering my plants.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I am a published author.
What is your favorite activity to encourage learning and growth with kids?
Water play!
