Leslie Velazquez

Hello, my name is Leslie Velazquez. I am the Patient Liaison for Front Range Pediatric Therapies. I am one of the first point of contacts when we start new patients. I help with contacting new intakes, emailing documents and submitting Tricare and Medicaid authorizations. I grew up in the upper midwest in North Dakota where I also served 8 years in the Army National Guard. I met and married my Air Force husband in North Dakota as well. I have 2 boys and one girl (who was born with Down Syndrome). My family was stationed to Colorado Springs in 2008 and we fell in love with the scenery and the special needs community.

When I get time to myself you will find me most likely outside during the warmer season in my greenhouse tending to my garden and planting flowers to make my yard look pretty and smell wonderful. When it’s cold and snowy outside I will be working on puzzles, canning, playing games and/or snuggling while watching movies. Our family loves to camp, go to the rodeo, take drives and spend as much as we can outdoors.
